Mr. Miller started his practice of law in 1965. He served 3 years as a legal officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and then became a solo practitioner in Menlo Park, California. In 1980, discouraged by the smog, drugs, traffic, crime and all around headaches of living in the San Francisco Bay Area, he moved his family to California's Central Valley.

     In 1990, he decided it was best for his clients to focus his practice exclusively on Estate Planning and Elder Law issues, specifically, Revocable Living Trusts and Medi-Cal planning.

          On May 20, 2018, Mr. Miller peacefully went to be with Jesus. His passing was sudden and unexpected, yet in his sleep, which was exactly how he wanted to go, if he had to go. He will always have my gratitude for his excellence as a father and a Lawyer.
